Shipping & Returns
Orders placed before 3 pm on our working days, will be shipped the same day.
We make use of PostNL, UPS or DHL for our delivery services, depending on the delivery address. If the delivery time is 4 days longer than expected (taking into consideration if there are holidays) or if you noticed dommage occurred during the shipment, please contact us at email@example.com.

Please note that we are not taking charge of the customs tariffs and other fees. You can refer to your country’s local customs authority website for the latest update on rates.
In order to return a product: you have 14 days from the date of arrival of your purchase. To proceed, please contact us at email@example.com indicating the product you want to return and the reason why you want to return it.
Any refund will only be accepted when the item is in perfect conditions with its original packaging. Please send the products you want to return, after confirmation of us, to the following address:

We recommend you to send the package with tracking number to avoid any lost in the transit. Once we receive your parcel and ensure the product is in good conditions, we will refund you the money of the product to the same method payment you used to pay or other if that has been communicated before hand.
